Role purpose:
This role is responsible for managing and resolving a regional ledger, covering both current and legacy debt across a portfolio of care homes. You will liaise directly with families, Local Authorities, and NHS entities to ensure timely and effective debt recovery. Payment methods vary and may include invoice-based settlements, portal submissions, direct debits or scheduled remittances. The role involves regular telephone contact with stakeholders.
