Following successful growth Aria Care are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join us in our Learning and Development Team. We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Trainer to look after a group of our homes throughout Berkshire and Surrey.
To be considered for this role you should be a confident presenter with excellent communication skills on all levels with a passion for training and the Elderly Care industry.
Key tasks include
- Ensure all new Qualified Care / Support and Ancillary Colleagues are shown a consistent approach to the Aria Care Induction template
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive, cost effective and sustainable Mandatory Induction Training template, which provides Care, Support and Ancillary colleagues with all elements of the Care Certificate
- Travel between Homes - must hold full clean UK driving license
