Aria Care are looking to appoint an experienced Regional Support Manager who will support homes within our portfolio. You will manage a home on an interim basis whilst a permanent Home Manager is recruited. The role may also play a crucial part in supporting homes that require turnaround and/or additional support.
You will lead, support and develop teams to maintain high standards of care are delivered within our homes. Taking on day-to-day management of the care home, you will ensure operations run smoothly with effective team management whilst working collectively and collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders within Aria Care.
If clinically trained, you will provide clinical management expertise across our homes whether the homes are working through a development plan, are in transition, or within business as usual.
The Role
Proven experience within the sector either as a Home Manager or in a similar regional role, you will be a strong leader that exudes empathy, compassion and dedicated to ensuring person-centred care is given to each and every person we care for.
