Aria Care are looking to appoint Nurse Qualified Quality Support Manager within and around the Surrey area, you will lead, support, develop and maintain excellence in care and model person centred care in our homes, working collectively and collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders within Aria Care. You will provide clinical management expertise across our homes whether the homes are working through a development plan, are in transition, or within business as usual.
The Role
Proven experience within the sector in a similar role, you will be a strong leader that exudes empathy, compassion and dedicated to ensuring person-centred care is given to each and every person we care for.
